You could try like this First Load the game then plug in the Controller with ds4 Windows and turn on \’hide controller\’ in ds4 Windows. If Not work Run and stop ds4 or turn on and off hide Controller. You could try also using a different controller if this one doesn\’t work. I understand this, most games can be also played trough mouse and keyboard, you could also try it on a different Pc, not being a Xbox device and the options tried not working limit the possibilities.
