I purchased Office Home and Business full version through a 3rd party website. When I try to install, it only offers bit install package which conflicts with the existing bit Office software on my machine.

I have diligently searched for a resolution on how to install bit Office Home and Business full version. Sorry this didn\’t help. I got to the Microsoft login multiple times before I created this question on the forum. The problem is once I log in and initiate a download it defaults to bit with no way to select bit. I opened a ticket with support. The rep asked to remote in to my computer, then find a link that only she had visibility to and share it with me.
