This scenario will work if i ran under 32bit environment. But I want to execute the same thing under 64bit. So it means that, I do not have 64bit drivers on my machine if i am not wrong. Could any body tell where i can download Microsoft. You can download the Microsoft site.

The result it the error message you first captured. Apparently you have 64 bit Office installed and are trying to install something created in 32bit Access. Either you have to get a 64bit version of the Access, or you will have to uninstall your current Office and replace it with 32 bit Office.
