Sorry, there is not much we can do to help with MS web site issues. All I can suggest is you keep trying HUP support until you find a competent tech there who can help you good luck with that This will send an email to yourself that contains a link to your order history. In the email you receive, select the link to view your order history.

On the Order History web page, select your order number.
