Parties	The Algoma Community Legal Clinic, hereinafter referred to as “the Clinic,” and the client, hereinafter referred to as “the Client.”

Terms Engagement	The engagement of the Clinic`s services by the Client shall be subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this contract. Such terms and conditions may be amended in writing by mutual agreement of both Parties.
