ERP Implementation Agreement Template

This ERP Implementation Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of [Date], by and between [Client Company], a [State of Incorporation] corporation, with its principal place of business at [Address] (“Client”) and [Vendor Company], a [State of Incorporation] corporation, with its principal place of business at [Address] (“Vendor”).
