Stop being the copyright police Apple and make a user friendly music player! It does do a weird thing with playlists, where it copies the actual song in the playlist and does it repeatedly if it’s in different playlists, but it’s a small price to pay in terms of features and it’s FREE! I downloaded the App since my last computer was stolen with more GB music on it! I bought a new mac and now I’d like to put the music of my Ipod on it, but even with DeTune it doesn’t seem to be working.
The App recognizes my iPod and lists all the music on it and opens my iTunes automatically, fine. But then what? How do I copy the music from DeTune to iTunes? Drag and drop doesn”t work, copy paste does not work either.
Please help! Overall, it’s great since it’s free. It does the job, but it’s pretty glitchy. When transferring songs, not all songs would transfer if I selected all or a group of songs. So, I would need to keep the number of songs selected down to around at a time. After transferring, I noticed certain songs did not transfer entirely. It’s better than nothing, but it’s very time consuming and not as great as it could be.
